Step-by-Step Tracking Guide
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your LoongBuy account and navigate to "My Orders""Warehouse"
Step 2: Interpret Domestic Tracking
Each item will have a domestic tracking numberStatuses you might see:
Step 3: Confirm Warehouse Arrival
The most critical status update is "Arrived at Warehouse". Once the local courier delivers the parcel to our facility, our system automatically updates the item's status in your dashboard. This means the item is now physically in our possession and ready for processing.
Step 4: Receive & Review QC Photos
After the item arrives, our warehouse staff will process it. Upon processing, you will receive free Quality Control (QC) photos. These photos are accessible in your dashboard for each item and allow you to verify the product's condition, color, and specifications before instructing us to ship it internationally.
Pro Tips for Smooth Tracking
- Ensure your seller provides the correct tracking number and updates it on their platform.
- Domestic delivery typically takes 2-5 days within the seller's country after shipment.
- QC photos are usually uploaded within 1-2 business days
- If status hasn't updated to "Arrived at Warehouse" several days after the domestic tracking shows "Delivered," please contact our customer service.
