Step 1: Download the Template

Step 2: Set Up Your Master Sheet
Create the following columns in your sheet. This structure is key:

Step 3: Input Data for Each Order
For every item you buy, add a new row. Copy-paste links directly
Step 4: Use Summary Formulas for Totals
At the top or bottom of your sheet, create a summary section with these formulas:
- Total Product Cost:=SUM( range of 'Subtotal' column )
- Total Estimated Weight:=SUM( range of 'Item Weight' column ) / 1000
- Item Count:=COUNTA( range of 'Item Name' column )
These figures will auto-update as you add rows, giving you a real-time financial overview.
